1. I want to talk to a real person about my order… is there a number I can call? Absolutely! A customer service representative will be happy to work with you and answer any questions you may have. 2. Why do I have to order 16, 34, 52, etc decks at a time? In order to provide the lowest cost possible, we quote based on 18-deck increments, as we have to print 18 decks at a time. We start at 16 so that we can thoroughly inspect all orders for quality before we ship and can answer any questions you may have about your order once you receive your cards. 3. I don’t want to order 16 decks, are there options for smaller orders? Yes! We now offer "small order" specials for orders as small as 4 decks at a time. Order on-line now! 4. Why can’t I order more than 1000 decks? We accept orders of all sizes – including millions of decks at a time! We simply ask that all customers interested in ordering more than 1000 decks call us directly to speak with a customer service representative. What are the file types I can upload? Our “Design Your Card” service was created to work with JPEG and PNG format files. Please ensure that all images are at least 300 dpi. You can use our “Design Your Card” service to design your own card with custom text and images! You can pick your own background colors, and even add a stock monogram from our library. If you need assistance beyond that (such as designing a logo), we recommend you contact a graphic design service. 8. I am interested in ordering cards to be used as flashcards, and need each card to be unique – can you help me with that? Absolutely! Please call 1-866-857-3783 or email us directly here for more information. 9. How long does it take to receive my order? All orders placed on-line are shipped within 3 weeks of order date. We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders of 88 decks or more within the Continental US and Orders placed offline have a similar timeline, but need to allow for 1-2 business days more for approval of your proofs. On-line orders receive their proofs instantly with the “Design Your Card” feature. Do you need your cards quick? I’ve used your “Design Your Card” feature, but I’m not happy with my design – can you help me make it perfect? Our “Design Your Card” service allows you to adjust just about any aspect of your cards that you’d like. That said, if you want full control over everything – you can use your own graphic designing software to design your card from scratch, and upload the finished card. If you choose to do this, please follow these specifications for card sizes, and remember that all images need to be at least 300 dpi: - Poker-sized cards: 2 ½” x 3 ½” in size. For full bleed, please allow for a ¼” extra, or 2 ¾” x 3 ¾”. Download this template for more information. - BRIDGE (standard) sized cards: 2 ¼” x 3 ½”. If you want to fill the entire card with your custom image, this information may be helpful: - Poker-sized cards: 2 ½” x 3 ½” in size. For full bleed, please allow for a ¼” extra, or 2 ¾” x 3 ¾”. All uploaded images need to be at least 300 dpi. 12. How can I customize my playing cards? Using our “Design Your Card” service, you can create an entirely unique and personalized deck of playing cards! You can choose: - The size of the card: Poker (2.5” x 3.5”) or Bridge (2.25” x 3.5”) - The orientation of the card: Portrait or Landscape - The card material: Plastic-Coated or 100% Plastic - The faces of the cards: Choose between standard, unique, jumbo, super jumbo, or upload 54 or your own images for an entirely unique deck! - You can design the back of the card entirely on your own! You can: § Upload your own image (the entire design, or just a picture to be integrated into the rest of the design) § Pick a background color § Add text in your choice of font and color § Position your own photo and text anywhere on the card § Preview your card and adjust it until it’s exactly as you want it! Your image needs to be either a JPEG or PNG format and at least 300 dpi. If you need assistance beyond that (such as designing a logo), we recommend you contact a graphic design service. 14. What are “custom faces”? In playing card terminology, “faces” refers to the front of a card – or the Ace, King, Queen, Jack, etc etc. We offer a number of different face styles for our playing cards (standard, unique, jumbo, and super jumbo) – but if you want your cards to be truly unique, you can upload 54 of your own face images to use! Be as creative as you like! 15. Can Monogrammatiks print barcodes on my cards? Yes! Just supply us with your bar codes, and we can help. The font I want to use isn’t listed – can you help? We offer a number of popular fonts, but unfortunately we can’t possibly list them all! We’re sorry if yours isn’t listed. The easiest option, if possible, is for you to add the text you would like to use directly to your photo for upload. Shipping rates are not guaranteed in all cases. For orders requiring additional freight charges, you will be contacted directly by Customer Service. 18. How are the cards packaged? 19. What happens if I’m not happy with my order? We only go to print once you have approved the final proofs. For on-line orders, your proof is what you see when you use the “Design Your Card” feature. All offline orders receive a proof within one or two business days. Only once you approve your proof do we go to print. Should we make a mistake, we will honor our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
